Finches and more

Another long, productive day, just not productive in regards to studying. I did get a volunteer job at a local nursing home maintaining their little flock of finches and doves. The bird's habitat needs a lot of work, and they offered to pay me for my services, but once I found out that the money comes out of the meager general activities fund for the nursing home I told them that I would volunteer my time. I wouldn't be able to stand the guilt of taking away the resident's bingo night just to make a few bucks.
