Anatomy test from hell

I'm dead tired after my Anatomy test from hell today. (Thus my long silence on this page) At the moment I'm working on a school assignment because there is no rest for the weary in vet school, but I am doing so while making lemon squares! I'll be in Houston Saturday night so call me up if you want a tasty lemony treat. Tomorrow is the avian wet lab, and I am looking forward to seeing my old feathered friends again. Unfortunatly we are going to stress them all out so I'm sure that their herpes virus will flair up again. I'm going to bring my camera and I'll put the pictures into my photo album whenever I get around to uploading them.

Wilma my new rat

I'm happy to announce an addition to my family: Wilma the rat! Betty has a new friend and they are getting along great together. I'll try to post a picture when I find my camera. I'm not sure if Wilma realizes how lucky she is since I pulled her out of the feeder bin at the pet store. Instead of being snake food she's curled up in a cozy nest on the third floor of the deluxe rat condo with Betty. She has a sweet disposition and likes neck scratchings and she's a constant talker. Queso is ambivalant to the whole situation as usual.
